Brief

This is an introductory course of corporate finance. The course has four main topics: 1. Understanding of basic concept of corporate finance and financial statement analysis; 2. Develop an understanding of the tools that are used to value investment projects and companies; 3. Build a basic concept and measurement of financial risk and return; 4. Introductions of firms’ long-term financing instruments, such as stock, bond and other long-term financing tools. 5. Introduction of efficient capital markets.
